Black Friday deals, holiday events at Tanger Outlets Asheville

ASHEVILLE, N.C. (828newsNOW) — Tanger Outlets Asheville is ringing in the holiday season early, offering shoppers a month of Black Friday savings and extended weekend hours starting Friday, Nov. 28. Stores will open at 6 a.m. for early-bird deals on fashion, footwear, beauty products, tech gifts, home décor and winter essentials at outlets including Polo Ralph Lauren, Coach, J.Crew Factory, Pandora, Nike Factory Store and Crocs.

Shoppers can maximize savings by joining TangerClub for exclusive perks or using the Tanger App to unlock doorbusters and plan their shopping trip.

Holiday experiences for families

Tanger Asheville is bringing back its popular Appalachian Santa experience, partnering with TapSnap to provide photo packages starting at $10. Santa will be available for photos from noon to 4 p.m. on Nov. 29 and 30, with additional dates throughout the season.

Families can also take selfies with The Grinch from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 28 and 29 and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 30. The event is free and encourages donations of new, unwrapped toys or monetary contributions for Western North Carolina Toys for Tots.

Supporting local children

Tanger Asheville is partnering with The Salvation Army for its Angel Tree program, helping bring holiday cheer to children and families in need. Shoppers can select a tag representing a local child, purchase gifts from participating retailers and drop them off at stores including Lucky Brand, Uniform Destination, Merch 828, Lids and Spring Step Shoes.

  • Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 27: Closed
  • Black Friday, Nov. 28: 6 a.m.-9 p.m.
  • Saturday, Nov. 29: 10 a.m.-9 p.m.
  • Sunday, Nov. 30: 11 a.m.-6 p.m.

Some stores may open earlier on Black Friday; shoppers are advised to confirm individual store hours.

Tanger Outlets Asheville is located at 800 Brevard Road.
