ASHEVILLE, N.C. (828newsNOW) — Don’t rush out to the bus stop just yet. Overnight rain, sleet and snow, combined with bitter cold, have created hazardous driving conditions this morning. Some schools are also closed because of the Veterans Day holiday.

Below is a list of school closings and delays in the Asheville area:

Carolina Day School: Two-hour delay
Open Hearts Art Center: Open at 10 a.m.
Reynolds Mountain Christian Academy: Three-hour delay
