ASHEVILLE, N.C. (828newsNOW) — Hometown Pro Wrestling will bring a day of family-friendly wrestling and holiday cheer to Asheville this December.

The Western North Carolina-based promotion announced its debut signature event, “Christmas for All,” set for Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025, at Asheville Mall. The event will feature live wrestling matches, meet-and-greets with local and national talent, vendors, live music, charity raffles and a holiday-themed finale.

Founded in Marion, Hometown Pro Wrestling aims to celebrate small-town pride and community spirit through professional wrestling. The promotion says its mission is to create “world-class entertainment rooted in family, respect and community.”

This year, the event is partnering with Moneywise Community Outreach, a nonprofit supporting families affected by Tropical Storm Helene and other hardships across Western North Carolina. Proceeds from the event will help local families celebrate the holidays with dignity and hope.

Fans can expect appearances from regional and national wrestling talent, including Buff Bagwell, KC Thunder, Moonshine Express and Luke Fury. Special guests include Jason Redick, HPW’s honorary Forged in Fire champion and master bladesmith, and Panhead Cooter McClure, a Moonshiner Master Distiller.

Hometown Pro Wrestling is offering media opportunities, community appearances, and limited ticket giveaways for local businesses, radio stations, and other partners.

  • Date: Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025

“Christmas for All” aims to combine entertainment with purpose, showcasing local talent while raising funds for families in need. Hometown Pro Wrestling and Moneywise say the event proves that hope can be the main event.
