Congrats to Susan Stanley Marino at Enka High School, our M.B. Haynes Teacher of the Month!

The Morning Mix with Melanie & Crystal teamed up with Chris Pennington from M.B. Haynes to surprise Ms. Stan with the news.

As our newest Teacher of the Month, she was presented with prizes from our generous prize sponsors: MB Haynes and Caroline Albea Orthodontics!

Ms. Marino was nominated by Jennifer Barnett who shared this when she nominated her to become Teacher of the Month:

She is an exceptionally gifted teacher who brings out the very best in her students. She goes all in for her students. After Hurricane Helene she made it possible for the kids to perform 2 shows in two weeks. This gave the seniors in her class a chance to take the stage and shine. The theater program at Enka is self funded and she works so hard to make sure the students can perform their very best in every production. Her love of theater is topped only by her love of her students and they love her too!
