Congrats to Sarah Rivenbark at Avery’s Creek Elementary School in Arden, our M.B. Haynes Teacher of the Month!

The Morning Mix with Melanie teamed up with Chris Pennington from M.B. Haynes to surprise Ms. Rivenbark with the news in her classroom.

As our newest Teacher of the Month, she was presented with prizes from our generous prize sponsors: MB Haynes and Asheville Deal!

Ms. Rivenbark was nominated by Beth Rivenbark, who shared this when she nominated her to become Teacher of the Month:

She’s the best because she brings out the best in each of her students. Being a kindergarten teacher, she helps mold these young children and helps them begin to realize their true potential and this can truly be life changing for these kiddos. Making sure each student is learning at his/her fullest potential and telling them repeatedly how smart they are builds confidence that can last a lifetime.
