Contest Rules
From February 9, 2026 at 12:00am to February 22, 2026 at 11:59pm, go to MyMix965.com to fill out a registration for the chance to win a 4-day / 3-night all-inclusive Caribbean vacation for 2 to any Beaches Resorts, including round-trip airfare, to Jamaica or Turks & Caicos.
Trip includes: One (1) prize consisting of 4-day/3-night All-Inclusive Vacation
for two (2) to Sandals Resorts location in Jamaica OR Turks & Caicos (recipient’s choice) PLUS round-trip coach airfare tickets for two (2) to the destination (“Airfare”) Accommodations and Airfare collectively, the “Beaches Prize Package”). Total Average Retail Value Sandals Prize Package is: $5,158. Winner will be responsible for transportation to and from airport, any and all road tolls, parking fees and any and all transportation to and from airport to hotel, plus any extra resort charges. The Beaches Resorts Prize Package must be redeemed for travel within one (1) year between June 1, 2026, thru May 31, 2027 (the “Redemption Period”). If it is not redeemed during the Redemption Period, the Prize Package will be forfeited.

Beaches Resorts – Remote Prizing Terms and Conditions
Unique Travel, Corp. the worldwide representative for Beaches Resorts will provide:
(1) One (1) prize consisting of a four-day/three-night All-Inclusive vacation for two (2) adults (the prize winner + an adult guest) or (the prize winner and a minor guest (age 15 or younger) to any one of the two (2) Beaches Resorts listed below, with locations in Jamaica and Turks and Caicos and round-trip coach airfare for two (2) (prize winner + one (1) travel companion as indicated to the destination (collectively, the “Beaches Resorts Prize Package”).
1.1 Beaches Resorts include:
o Beaches Turks & Caicos Resort Villages & Spa – Providenciales, Turks & Caicos
o Beaches Negril Resort & Spa – Negril, Jamaica
1.2 Average Retail Value:
(i) Beaches Resorts Accommodations = $4,158; and
(ii) Airfare for two (2) = $1,000 (capped at $500 per person).
Total Average Retail Value Beaches Resorts Prize Package = $5,158.
1.3 The Beaches Resorts Prize Package will be issued in the form of a prize certificate (the “Prize Certificate”), outlining the terms and conditions of the Beaches Resorts Prize Package and redemption procedures.
(2) Mix 96.5 WOXL-FM
(i) shall confirm that Unique Travel Corp is the Beaches Resorts Prize Package Provider only;
(ii) will provide JAWW Media+ Marketing (“JAWW”) with the name of the prize winner of the Beaches Prize Package so that JAWW can arrange for the Prize Certificate to be issued.
(iii) will provide JAWW with a copy of the station’s release form.
(iv) is responsible for distributing the W-9 Form to the Beaches Resorts Prize Package recipient.
(v) shall inform the Beaches Resorts Prize Package recipient that reservations (resort accommodations and flights) will not be confirmed until 90 days prior to the selected travel date.
(vi) will ensure that the Beaches Resorts Prize Package recipient confirms and represents that he/she has complied with all the rules and regulations of the promotion where the Beaches Resorts Prize Package is offered and/or awarded, and that he/she has met all eligibility requirements of the promotion to receive the Beaches Resorts Prize Package.
(vii) will ensure that the prizewinner, his/her heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby waive, and release any and all rights, claims, and causes of action whatsoever he/she may have against the Beaches Resorts Prize Package Provider now or in the future arising out of his/her participation in the promotion and/or acceptance and utilization of the Beaches Resorts Prize Package that he/she has won, or the exercise of any rights granted herein.
(3) Any federal, state and/or local taxes applicable to the Beaches Resorts Prize Package will be the prizewinner’s responsibility to declare and pay. Beaches Resorts Prize Package recipient will receive from MIX 96.5 WOXL FM an IRS Form 1099 (or similar) in the amount of the Beaches Resorts Prize Package. Neither Beaches Resorts Prize Package Provider, nor any of its affiliates and/or JAWW shall not provide any IRS Form 1099 or similar tax form.
(4) The Beaches Resorts Prize Package must be redeemed for travel within one (1) year between June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027) (the “Redemption Period”). The Beaches Resorts Prize Package is not transferable nor redeemable for cash. No extension will be given after the Beaches Resorts Prize Package has expired. If the Beaches Resorts Prize Package is not redeemed during the Redemption Period, the Beaches Resorts Prize Package will be forfeited.
(5) The Prize Certificate will outline the terms of the Beaches Resorts Prize Package and redemption procedures will be provided at the conclusion of the promotion and upon receipt of proof of performance, for example (where applicable):
o radio spots
o recorded spots / live air checks / interviews
o affidavits
o ROS
o screen shots of promo web page, email blasts and Social Media postings
o On-air Reach
o Total number of social media posts
o Online Impressions

MIX 96.5 WOXL FM shall abide by all spam laws in regard to any and all emails and email blast sent. MIX 96.5 WOXL FM further agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, Unique Travel Corp, its subsidiaries, affiliated company and their directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, assigns and any supplier mentioned within an email sent from and against all liability, damages, loss, cost or expense including but not limited to reasonable legal fees and costs, arising out of or in connection with the failure of MIX 96.5 WOXL FM to comply with, the violation of or the alleged violation of the Can-SPAM Act for U.S. based emails or the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (“CASL”) for Canadian based emails or addresses.
o Opt-ins:
All promotions with an ‘opt-in’ component in favor of Beaches Resorts must have a stand-alone message and an “unchecked box” must be provided to invite the entrants/participants in the promotion to receive commercial electronic messages about Beaches Resorts.
ALL Opt-ins provided by MIX 96.5 WOXL FM shall consist only of the names, email addresses, country and Opt-in Time Stamp of individuals who expressly opted in to receive email communications from Unique Travel Corp and/or Beaches Resorts and that for the purposes of this section, a recipient will only be considered to have expressly opted in to receive email communications from Unique Travel Corp and/or Beaches Resorts if they took an active step to affirmatively agree to receive such communications and Unique Travel Corp and/or Beaches Resorts was specifically identified at the time consent was given.
MIX 96.5 WOXL FM shall further agree to maintain and retain adequate proof that each lead expressly opted in to receive email communications from Unique Travel Corp and/or Beaches Resorts, which proof must consist, at minimum, of records showing the manner in which such consent or express opt-in was obtained, and the time that such consent or express opt-in was obtained.
