When Michael and I were at the First United Methodist Church in Waynesville with Healthy Blue NC for a food distribution event with Haywood Partners, we saw the Holy Cow food truck serving up hot meals at no charge. We walked up to Neil to thank him for this service and he told us the most incredible and heartwarming story of the truck and its origins.
