When it snows in Western North Carolina it can mean only one thing. OK it means a few things, but creating your own ice cream from the heavens above is pretty cool. It’s Southern Snow Cream time!

I’m attempting this recipe for the first time and wanted to include it here. With one change. Being a chocoholic, I’ll attempt to also add some dark chocolate. This could be a disaster. But won’t it be fun to try! LOL
