Punxsutawney Phil, the world’s most famous groundhog, makes his winter prediction today; if he sees his shadow, six more weeks of winter. Well we all know how tricky it is to predict the weather in Western North Carolina, so that’s why we count on Pisgah Pete, the White Squirrel.
