Community Recognition Reaches New Highs in Best of Asheville 2025

ASHEVILLE, N.C. (828newsNOW.com) — Asheville Media Group has announced the winners of the 2025 Best of Asheville awards, recognizing standout businesses, people, and organizations across Western North Carolina.

This year’s program drew more than 1,380 nominations across 247 categories, with community members casting over 200,000 verified votes during the public voting period. In total, 375 Gold and Silver winners were selected, ranging from restaurants and retailers to health care providers, nonprofits, service professionals and more.

“This year’s edition carries a special meaning,” said Tom Davis, market manager of Asheville Media Group. “In a year marked by challenges and rebuilding for so many in Western North Carolina, the businesses you’ll see in these pages have shown remarkable resilience, creativity, and commitment to our community. They’ve continued to serve, adapt, and thrive — proving they are simply the best in a year of revival.”
