ASHEVILLE, N.C. (828newsNOW) — Nearly a year after Hurricane Helene swept through the River Arts District, the district will officially welcome back Marquee Asheville, the first Foundy Street business to return to the RAD since the storm.

Marquee is a central marketplace for hundreds of Western North Carolina artists, crafters, thrifters and antique merchants. The eccentric warehouse space features stalls upon stalls of the creative and unexpected. Its return is a massive boost to the recovery of the arts scene in Asheville.
