ASHEVILLE, N.C. – Nearly a year after Hurricane Helene devastated Western North Carolina, a new effort is underway to help families and businesses still rebuilding. The Year of Revival Auction officially opened Thursday, offering fans the chance to bid on exclusive music memorabilia while raising money for the Marshall Relief Alliance.

The online auction, hosted by Asheville Media Group with support from John McClung Roofing, features signed guitars, rare vinyl and one-of-a-kind items donated by artists including Tyler Childers, Billy Strings, Joan Jett, Bruno Mars, Rob Thomas, Shawn Mendes, MJ Lenderman, Meghan Trainor, Teddy Swims and many more.

Bidding runs through Thursday, Sept. 25 at 5 p.m. All proceeds go to the Marshall Relief Alliance, the nonprofit formed in the days after Helene to provide long-term recovery support for Madison County.

The organization continues to provide housing assistance, financial support and recovery resources for residents.

“Families are still displaced, businesses are still working to reopen and the need remains great,” said Tasha Pumphrey, Executive Director of the Marshall Relief Alliance. “Every bid in the Year of Revival Auction helps us rebuild lives and keep hope alive for this community.”

Auction items can be previewed and bids placed at YearofRevivalAuction.com. Winning items can be picked up at Asheville Media Group or held for up to a year for supporters traveling from outside the area.
