D.A.D – Dependable Accurate Diagnostics

Call Dad has its own in-house HVAC apprentice training school named the University of D.A.D. Call Dad is offering paid HVAC training for people with little or no experience in the HVAC field. Call Dad’s goal is to produce competent, well-trained HVAC technicians to service its customer base across the Carolinas.

Unlike college HVAC programs where students pay for classes or must take out student loans, DAD University pays students to learn about HVAC. Also, students can elect coverage in the full suite of Call Dad’s health benefits during the program. Upon completion, the student will have nationally recognized credentials and be employed by Call Dad. The University of D.A.D. is offered in each Call Dad service location: Asheville, Charlotte, Hickory, Winston, Raleigh, Columbia and Charleston.
