A Community Gathering
Benefiting CooperRiis Healing Community
Thursday, November 12th, 2026
5:00pm – 7:00pm at the Country Club of Asheville

Join us for an inspiring evening in support of mental health and lasting impact in our community. The Bountiful Hope Benefit is a celebratory capstone event marking the culmination of CooperRiis’ Capital Campaign to establish a Permanent Endowment, an enduring investment in compassionate, holistic mental health care. This special evening gathering, featuring a social hour, dinner, raffles, and a silent auction, brings together supporters who share a vision for sustaining the transformative work of CooperRiis for generations to come.

About the Event More than a fundraising event, The Bountiful Hope Benefit marks a defining moment in CooperRiis’ history. We will be celebrating the culmination of our Capital Campaign to establish a Permanent Endowment that will sustain our mission for generations to come. For more than 20 years, CooperRiis has provided compassionate, community based mental health care, serving over 2,500 individuals living with serious mental illness. This legacy of care and the lives changed along the way has inspired the creation of an endowment designed to provide dependable annual revenue ensuring long‑term stability and access to care. The impact of this endowment is both immediate and enduring. It will allow CooperRiis to reach and serve more people in need of mental health care, sustain and grow our robust scholarship program, and continue meaningful program improvements grounded in best practices for holistic healing. Just as critically, it will support our ability to attract and retain exceptional staff, ensuring continuity of care and a strong, mission‑driven workforce.

Come Hear the Miracles The highlight of the evening will be a powerful and inspiring conversation with CooperRiis alumni and family members as they share their personal stories of hope, healing, and transformation. Through a candid, moderated discussion, guests will hear firsthand how lives have been restored; relationships rebuilt, and futures reclaimed through the power of community and recovery.

This special panel offers a rare opportunity to witness the impact of mental health care through the voices of those who have lived it. Come hear firsthand about the miracles and discover why investing in hope today will create lasting impact for generations to come.
